At MedCouture Medical Aesthetics, LLC we value our clients, your time, and want to ensure you get your prefered appoinment time. In order to do this, we require a valid credit card be entered on our secured online booking system to reserve your selected appoinment time. We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. However, we require 24 hour notice within our business hours in order to cancel or reschedule any service at no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Please note: This policy also applies to Monthly Memberships & Gift certificate holders.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of time already given, you will be responsible for the full session. Please note that we have a 15 minutes late policy. Arriving 15 minutes after your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly to the services made. As a courtesy and consideration to your lash artist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Automatic Reminder: Our automated online booking system send out SMS | EMAIL courtesy reminder 48 hours prior to your arrival time for your convenience. Please send us an email to MedCoutureAesthetics@gmail.com or leave us a message. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. We do not return texts or phone calls until the following business day. Please remember: It is your responsibility to remember your appointment date & time.

For purpose of safety, sanitation and legal restraints, MedCouture Medical Aesthetics only allow (1) Trained
Professional and (1) person receiving the service to be in the treatment room. All visitors must wait in the lobby.
Children & Safety - Due to the nature of our business we suggest that you make alternate arrangements for your children while visiting our spa. Due to legal restraints our staff are unable to mind children.
Avoid Caffeine: ( Mandatory for Permanent Makeup & Microblading)
We ask that you please refrain from consuming caffeine prior to your appointment to avoid eye movement/twitching during your service. Especially Permanent Makeup & Microblading.
To avoid an interruption or delay, please use the restroom prior to your service.
We ask that you limit your conversation during your application process as your trained professional is working very close to your eyes and need your eyelids to be relaxed for accurate application. Talking will cause your face to move and your eyes may water which will cause your lashes to not cure correctly.
Should be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for all MedCouture Medical Aesthetics services. Please be courteous and respectful of your technician’s time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the treatment room. We reserve the right to end your service early if you use your cell phone while the treatment is being preform.
Our minimum age requirement for MedCouture Medical Aesthetics, LLC services is 18 years of age. 16 and younger may also receive services, with guardian/parental consent.
Recording & Videotaping:
Due to legal restraint there are absolutely no phone recording or videotaping without prior written notice from the owner.
Permanent makeup, Microblading and Cosmetic Tattoo Removal client must meet at the following address on the procedure day. Failure to do will be a no show.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
We require a valid credit card to reserve an appointment.
CASH or CHECKS only on the day of your procedure.
50% Non-Refundable Deposit is require at time of booking.
$25 fee to reschedule a new date and time.
We except – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, Checks or Debit Cards are acceptable.
Return checks incur $75 service fee.
Before & After Hours Fees:
Clients may reserve appointments before 9am and after 6pm for additional $25.00 per hour in addition to original cost of the service. To book this please call and make a special arrangement with our spa coordinator.
Gift cards are available for your convenience. All gift certificates have an expiration from the purchased date. You may use the gift certificate after the expiration date by paying 50% of treatment costs up to 12 months from the date on the gift certificate.
All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Existing clients will grandfather into the new pricing. All product purchases are final; no exchanges or refunds.
